It’s Membership Month! Today, April 1, marks the start of our month-long annual membership drive. From now through April 30, everyone who joins the Friends or renews their membership will be entered to win one of four gift baskets filled with library- and Friends-themed items, as well as specialty items representing Central Rappahannock Regional Library's service area (Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland). There will be one random drawing for each membership level - Household ($15), Tobin ($25), Rappahannock ($50), and Cote ($100) - on Monday, May 4. Winners will be contacted and announced in May’s Friends News.
We have made joining and renewing much easier!
To pay by credit card, simply visit crrlfriends.org/join. If you’re already a member, sign into your account and follow the prompts to renew at the level of your choice. If you’re joining the Friends for the first time, choose your membership level and follow the prompts to enter your email address, contact information, and payment details.
Would you rather make a digital payment? Visit @CRRLFriends on Venmo and choose your membership amount. Be sure to include your email address in the memo line!
Prefer to pay by cash or check? Print out this renewal membership form (or this one for new memberships) and drop it off at any library location. If you’re paying by check, you can also drop it in the mail–the address is included on the form.
All memberships are set to automatically renew one year from your joining or renewal date. This means that, when you pay by credit card through the Friends website, you won’t have to come back each year to renew! You’ll receive multiple notices before your membership is automatically continued at the same level for another year. You can turn off automatic renewal in your profile at any time.
Finally, we are thrilled to announce that we have launched an online Friends of CRRL merchandise store through Bonfire! The online store features a selection of clothing and accessories with two Friends designs to choose from and your purchase will ship directly to the address of your choosing. The best part, all proceeds will go to support our library! To celebrate Membership Month, we are offering a 15% discount for all Friends from now through April 30.
