I wanted to let you all know of some changes coming to the Friends of the Library Center & Bookshop. Beginning Tuesday, November 11, the bookshop’s Bargain Room will be closed. The room will be reserved for new-to-us items and open only during our book sales. As a benefit to your membership, you will get a first look at everything in the “New Room” during our special Preview Evenings!
To clear out some of our older stock, we’re having a Bargain Room Pop-up Book Sale! November 3-7, 10:00-2:00, stop in to fill up a bag of items in the Bargain Room for only $3.00. With winter just around the corner, this is a great time to pick up books to enjoy when the weather turns colder. You may even find some hidden gems to give as holiday gifts.
Although we’re changing the purpose of the Bargain Room, the Bookshop will still have great deals. And, you can shop knowing that 100% of all sales support the Friends and your library.
