Ribbon Cutting and Open House

The Library is hosting the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce for a Ribbon Cutting and Open House at the Friends of the Library Bookshop on Wednesday, July 17, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The Bookshop is located at 125 Olde Greenwich Drive, Suite 150, Fredericksburg, 22408 and is open Monday through Friday, 10:00-2:00. After the ribbon cutting, the bookshop will be open for business. Refreshments will be served. This event will be broadcast via Facebook Live on the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.

Teachers-Only Book Sale

On Friday, August 2, 4:00-6:00 p.m., the Bookshop will open for a special sale--just for teachers! All of the thousands of gently used books, movies, and music in stock will be half-price.

A reminder that volunteers are essential! The Bookshop has been running well and serving many customers thanks to the work of our dedicated volunteers who sort through donations and get them on the shelves--and of course staff the Bookshop.
